Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with Dissel AI B.V., you agree to the terms below.

Scope

These terms apply to all visitors of dissel.ai and clients of Dissel AI B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 98391119.

Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements that take precedence over these general terms where they differ.

Services

Dissel AI provides AI strategy, implementation, and transformation services for commercial organisations. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. Results depend on data quality, organisational readiness, and execution by the client team.

Intellectual property

All materials, code, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Dissel AI B.V. We grant clients a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such materials as part of the engagement deliverables.

The content of this website, including text, design, and brand assets, is the property of Dissel AI B.V. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the working relationship for a period of three years.

We treat client data with the same care we apply to our own. Access is limited to personnel directly involved in the project.

Liability

Dissel AI B.V. is liable only for direct damages caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement in the six months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts in Amsterdam, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly. The latest version is always available on this page.
